There are many physical health conditions that we need to understand to identify symptoms, diagnosis and treatments.
Physical health condition means any illness or injury to our physical body. Physical health does not include any mental or nervous condition or substance use disorder. Physical health condition also means any one of the musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis or acl injury or back problems, a cardiovascular condition such as heart disease, effects of a stroke or high blood pressure, a gastrointestinal condition such as ulcer or bowel disorder, a respiratory condition such as asthma or COPD chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, central nervous system condition like migraine, dementia or effects of traumatic brain injury, urinary incontinence, diabetes, cancer, obesity, hearing problem or chronic pain/discomfort.
Studies show staying active physically helps delay or prevent many diseases, including heart disease, diabetes and some form of cancer. Being overweight or obese increases the chances of suffering from hypertension, hypotension, type 2 diabetes, stroke, coronary heart disease, gallbladder disease, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, respiratory issue, dyslipidemia and different types of cancers.
